It’s back! EHRCON25 – the second openEHR International Conference – is set to be an incredible event in the global digital healthcare calendar, and we want you to be a part of it.
Join us in the beautiful city of Barcelona for two days of insightful discussion, networking and workshops.
Who
Clinicians, providers, developers, patients; if you’re passionate about the future of digital health, we’d love to see you at EHRCON25. We welcome members and non-members of the openEHR community, however only members can benefit from our special ‘Early Bird’ ticket price, so if you haven’t joined yet, now is the time!
What
From future-proofing data to the target operating model and the challenges of being truly patient-centric, this year our expert speakers will lead us on a collaborative journey into the future of digital healthcare, via a deep dive into AI – the reality, not the hype. We’ll also be joined by representatives from the Catalonian Health Service – CatSalut – who will share their experience of implementing a truly patient-centric, lifelong shared health record.
When
Thursday, 16 October 2025 08:30 – Friday, 17 October 2025 18:00 CET

Programme and speakers
We’re working hard to create a conference agenda which is even better than last year’s. With confirmed speaking slots for some of the industry’s brightest minds, we’ll also be bringing you interactive workshops, breakout sessions, Q&As and much more. Watch this space for more information.
Become a sponsor
This year, we’ve made things a little easier by offering sponsorship ‘tiers’, with something for every budget. Check out our sponsorship options to find out how you can take advantage of this unparallelled promotional opportunity, whilst supporting a thriving community.
Call for scientific publications
Ready to share your work with the global openEHR community? We’re calling on researchers, clinicians, developers and digital health innovators to submit abstracts for poster presentations and short papers at EHRCON25. Whether you’re exploring AI in structured clinical data, designing person-centred care models, or solving real-world interoperability challenges – this is your platform.
Contact us
We’ll be updating this page regularly with details of speakers, sessions, sponsors and much more. In the meantime, if you have any questions about EHRCON25, then get in touch.
