Exhibitors

If you’re looking to showcase your product or service and connect with clinicians, developers and health tech leaders from around the world, our dedicated exhibition area at the Meervaart Theatre is bustling with activity, offering maximum visibility and opportunities for networking, collaboration and brand visibility.

If none of our sponsorship options meet your needs, then you can purchase a basic exhibition stand for just €3500. This package includes one conference pass, a high table with seating, power access, listing on our event website, and pre-event promotion on our social channels. If you have additional requirements – such as a screen, or space for a roller banner – we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
