Localisation TODO
In the kick-off meeting we had 3 action points:
ACTIONS | WHO/TASKS |
AP1: draft an endorsement agreement / affiliate etc. MoU (specific for individual endorsement and not for organisation - that’s more complicated and has to be specific for each country) | |
---|---|
Notes: no feedback received from the Board, no announcement made - risk of losing momentum | KA prepared and shared (here) TODO: Board to review and provide formal feedback or approve as is |
AP2: work on recommendation on Websites / Domain Names. | |
Pablo & Gustavo to make recommendations for local website design and content. For example what goes on the main website and what remains on local. How to use openEHR logo? Also use of local domain names needs to be consistent and in coordination with main website. Tom & Adriana has previous thoughts on this also. I suggest you guys take the matter offline and make some recommendations which we can discuss later on. | TODO: Pablo & Gustavo to prepare recommendations on local websites and domain names by consulting to Tom & Adriana. |
AP3: work on recommendation on training/educational//promotional material | |
This is the main issue and a huge task to undertake. But essential. I think each and every one of us needs to put thinking and share ideas / material etc. I guess we need an artefacts map (e.g. a hierarchical list of common artefacts we all will be dealing with) and then a 'stocktake' of what we already have. I think localisation map will be a smaller subset of the entire openEHR.org collection. Currently materials are all over the place. Ideally all materials and their localised versions should be kept in a content management system - not sure if one exists that we can all use (Tom?) | TODO: All but Tom to advise first on the points I make on left. |
Locale | PROGRESS & PLANS |
---|---|
SP | Pablo>>>For the ES community, nexts steps will involve:
|
NZ | Koray>>>
|
JP | Shinji>>>
|
BR | Jussara>>>
|
PT? | Ricardo how to deal with multiple countries? Certainly Portugal's requirements will be very different from Brazil but translated material can be shared. Likewise the Spanish language group covers multiple countries - I think we will need to address jurisdiction + language combinations as in Canada:French vs. Canada:English |
Others? | Please add here |
It's probably a good idea to have a separate page for 'stocktake' and 'artefacts map'
